What should be the expected CTC for 9.5 YOE in Java Developement

for ~10 YOE , I must say minimum 45LPA + But , we dont know your skills set and excellancy. You better know how much skilled you are.

20-30 percent hike on your CCTC is between 28.5 to 41.5 LPA

ask for 35-40 percent I would say and they'll negotiate it down.

35-36 L if not in Bengaluru,40 in Bengaluru, 45+ if in Bengaluru and trying for startups or product based companies
