What should be salary for Lead in QA Engineering with 12 YOE (not considering FAANG, just want to know a ballpark amt in current market) ?

I see majority of votes went to 50+ LPA. I would like to know which factors contribute to such a huge jump?

• Location with more opportunities (like Bangalore)
• multiple switches
• tech stack covering some niche stuffs.

Just want to weigh in everyone's opinion. I am currently earning almost half of it. And, I have been trying , but the market is unforgiving as of now, it seems.
Your inputs may give me a direction to march past this number hopefully. 🙏😇
