Trending @Infosys; What should be my salary expectation in HR Round. Current CTC is 5.5 LPA?
I've cleared 2 Technical Round in another service based company. They've collected my documents and my HR Round is also scheduled.
How much should I ask for if I'm currently working as a Technology Analyst here with a meagre pay of ₹5.5 LPA & 3 years of experience? Someone please guide.
The skillset exactly matches the requirements of the job details. I was thinking to ask for 9.5 LPA as it's still again a service based company with a support role only. The only thing that'll change is that I would be able to contribute and guide entire team with my knowledge in that specific sector. Please guide if I should ask 9.5 LPA. Asking more than this would be 100% Hike..!!! Not sure how they'll respond.
If it’s your 1st switch than definitely 12-13 LPA.. rest depends on your skillset also..
