What should be my next step?

Hi to all the experienced and knowledgeable guys out there,

I need your comments on what I should do next. I work in a company which is really not good for the start of my career. Working in a cursed work environment within meat heads where I'm also not seeing any growth. I have completed my 10 months and I can resign now. In all these months I have also sharpened my skills in data analysis which was also my course core in my bachelors. But the issue is my notice period which is fu***** 90 days non-negotiable. I got advised that I should resign first then apply for my next job. But resigning without an offer letter !! My purse isn't permitting to take this risk. Then as I started my career in a non tech domain even if I'm having skills for data analysis specifically business data. I'm lagging in the network and plain applications are rejected. Making a network with my current situation where my colleagues are preferring insta over linkedin is being pretty tough. And yes there are so many reasons to reject me as a newbie to this domain in this cursed society. So how should I tackle this ?

I can say I have acquired the basic skills where I want some industrial experience in data that I'm not getting from kaggle or chatgpt generated data sets. But I'm not getting anywhere from creating fiver gigs or Posting on linkedin like "I would like to work for you free"🤗. Although I really don't want to waste my talent for free 🤧🤧. But I need such a rich data touch.

Feel free to humiliate me all you want with your reality checks. But please if anyone has any solution then let me see that ray of light too... 🫠🫠🫠
