Trending @Accenture; What should be my expectation?

Hello people,

I have more than 4 years of experience now and I have good amount of skills for my profile. Also I have received amazing client appreciation in this year and delivered a project successfully despite the large complexity of the processes. I am thinking if there is any scheme/technique to estimate my expectations? I am confused what should I demand. Help will be appreciated. 😁
