Currently working with a CTC of 6.8 , started at 3.37 at TCS. What should i expect my salary to be considering I have a total of 1.9 (1.6 TCS + 3 Current) years of experience and have good performance in both previous as well as the current one.

Totally depends on which company u switch to. But the least is 30%+ inc. and max. can be as per bands of amazon.
