I am working as manager c2 in cg with sap abap , sap amdp , cds skill set and 8 years of experience. What should be my ideal ctc. Here in cg and also if I’m exploring opportunities outside. Currently mine is 22lpa with variable included.

C2 designation is directly proportional to the salary which is more than 20 LPA.
