Trending @Capgemini; What should be my course of action ?

Since June 2024 I have been working with a client on one project. There are many other folks who got onboarded to this client around the same time, out of them there’s one another person, say A who is working on the same project as mine. A also got onboarded same time as me

But the thing is I am the go to person for the client for this project, I guide A on technical as well as non technical things. Even my client manager asks A to consult and check with me first before reaching out to him and POs and Scrum masters also do the same. The stakeholders and my client manager check with me to figure out the timelines of next delivery. A also acknowledges this and knows this.

But I have got a succeeding rating and A has got exceeding rating? I am perplexed, dissatisfied and don’t know what should i do ?
