Trending @Accenture; What should be my career level ?
Hi friends, I have total 8.5 years of experience. However I'm still at level 10 (Senior Analyst). I joined Accenture 2.5 years back. Ideally what should be my career level now. I believe I don't deserve to be at level 10. Please comment and provide your inputs here.

This doesn’t compare with the other folks as you are asking because this is completely based on how you started with this company. When did you got the promotion and how was the time period during that time I have seen people at application level 10 with 12 years of experience, I also seen people with six years of experience at level 8
Hi, I joined ACN 2.5 years back and I have not yet received any such promotion or hike.
Bro right now Accenture don’t have any standards for the promotion to next level so better don’t have any expectations from them. In past there were some standards for Mal, certification, performance and total year of experience but nowadays nothing at all they have apart from favouritism
My people lead is Associate Manager with 7 years of experience. I think you should atleast have level 9 for your experience.
Should be hired at level 9.
