What should be minimum expected for Capgemini 9 yrs experience

Can you please guide me what should be the minimum expected CTC that I can asked from Capgemini for 9 yrs experience in .net technology Got selected for cloud data platform engineer role now CTC negotiation is under discussion Kindly guide me here if you have any frnd on the same role in Capgemini

As the negotiation strategy they are giving me 30% only so it became 26 only how could I negotiate it They said if you are ok with 30% else will drop you i don't see any option here
@WryBehold46 Better to join with % which doesn’t matter in case you get inverted pyramid hike for next 4-5 years. So if you are joining now at 26, consider 10 -> 7-8 -> 5-6-> 2-4 % increment in upcoming years respectively, Above figures are my personal experience/opinion
