What should be a salary of Senior ML Engineer 3YOE?

In the middle of a final round of an interview and would be negotiating the salary. I just wanted to know what would be ideally the salary of Senior ML Engineer (3YOE) working in a FinTech startup, mostly on computer vision and language modality. Skills would include sound knowledge of ML, DL, CV, MLOps like docker, APIs etc.
