What shall i even do?

Im working in EY for three years now with same role. I didnt have promotion and this year they put me in PiP with no hike expected. Shall i stay in this company or resign? Will it be a problem for me if i join a new MNC about explaining why i was promoted for 3 years?

Look for another job and then leave this one. Since you are on PIP you will be known to be immediate joiner. All organisations out there in market are looking for immediate joiners you will easily get another job. Wish u luck!
