Just a few I can think of:

  1. A really good mattress like full latex, etc doesn’t have to be ultra lux like Hastens but top end comfort for what you spend 8 hours a day on is a no brainer

  2. Good shoes - same principle as above

  3. Personally, a good coffee machine, getting cafe level coffee at home has been a life changing experience for me.
