What’s your learning from Atul Subhash case if you’re about to get married?

Atul met nikita on an online matrimony portal and got married in 2 months. Avoid arranged marriage and avoid online shaadi portals. 99% are gold diggers and scammers
online shaadi portals can be understood? but if arranged marriage is left out then most of men have to remain bachelor till they find one bcz not everyone have a gf or date.And dating app are no less than shaadi portals where you will scarcely find genuine people.
I second what @ThoughtfulFlick Said. Half the population in Online matrimony sites are gold diggers. They act like they are genuine, pretend to prioritise family values. Reality often shows up after the marriage. Multiple examples of my friends and colleagues.
If you want to get married, get a BGV of the kind of person your partner is. There is no shame in doing that. It is a once in a lifetime decision so better be safe than sorry for the rest of your life.
Lets keep the learning, values and all other things for later. The highest priority is to keep this issue alive and not let it disappear from the face of the Internet. Atul DESERVES the Justice, if not for him, atleast for his kid that he seemed to love the most.
Lesson is simple, start gathering evidences with the first sign of trouble. Also, before planning a kid, be damn sure to check mindset compatibility. I never understand people immediately having kid post marriage, it is like one just can’t control! First, get to know each other really well, and only then bring another life in the world.
Many people think gathering evidence is the best way. It doesn't work like in the movies. Even when presented with evidence the court will initiate proceeding to verify if the evidence is true. Any technical verification will take months, if the report says inconclusive, then the evidence from the man's side will be rejected.
The oly hope for the man is the wife side decides to end it. If not he is screwed.
There is a story floating on Reddit about CEO of a NSE/BSE Listed Entity coughing up 10 CR to settle his sons 10 day old marriage and subsequent dowry case. Also CEO resigned from his position. He was co-founder of that organisation also. Happened in 2023 only. I cross-checked and dates etc line up. BTW, that marriage was a love marriage. College Sweethearts.
