I am using the ChatGpt paid version. I have a created a custom instance in my Industry and domain area.
I "discuss" technical things with it as an expert.
The first response is generally pretend like "I know All" and it is Chatgpt's attempt in darkness! Hence you need to evolve the discussion then responses become more accurate and useful !!
Using it from 2023 onwards and highly impressed with it.

Just to clarify, I have just used the User-level customisation to create specific instance.
It is available in paid subscription and you just have to instruct with all Industry, Domain, Standards/Specification details to create a specific instance.
