What’s something you genuinely admire in your colleagues?
colleagues in India or people you’ve worked with across countries...
Its not the usual hardworking or so...Its more of like a habit they follow consistently, a principle they don’t compromise on, something they’re deeply passionate about outside work or just a different way of thinking that changed your perspective.
For me, it’s always interesting to see people who kind of set clear boundaries without guilt and stay calm in chaos or may be pursue something seriously outside their 9 to 5.
What’s that one thing you’ve seen in your colleague that made you pause and think “Damn, I should learn this.”
For me: Esp korean are very specific about work boundaries. They just mind their business.
