I am a SAP functional consultant and I have 3 offers in hand currently. My lwd is nearing, I am still not ready where to join. Your votes might be the game changer for me !

IBM - 19.8 fixed with 10% JB
Accenture S&C - 20.2 fixed with 10% JB
Infosys - 21.04 overall CTC with 10% JB

dont opt for infosys. 15% variable pay. amd you get 60% only
