What’s a life hack so good you almost don’t want to share it?
To people who want to do fat loss guys i came up with this beautiful theory on how to stop eating junk so here it is - do not not eat junk because it will make you fat ,
instead do not eat junk because it is garbage period. Once you change this theory in your mind that junk food, restaurant food, cafe food, sugary drinks , these are all garbage and you dont freakin know how its prepared,
you ll automatically start hating it. Generate hatred towards outside food. You cannot leave junk to achieve a goal but you can leave junk if you start hating it. This is the second best thing happened to me.

When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. Works everytime

Dammit, why haven’t I thought about it before

One hack that works like breeze...... Especially if you are terribly disorganised and always late to work etc.... The night before, arrange your entire outfit, from top to bottom ironed shirt, matching pants, shoes, socks, accessories all in one place , keys etc at one spot...... Next morning , getting to work, works like a charm.... It's a habit with me and really brightens up my day

if you want to avoid traffic leave for gym or office or whatever work you have around 7 am or before that

Can't reveal the trade secret 🔕

If you are struggling to go to the gym/etc daily, never think of doing exercises or working out for 1 hour or any duration. Just think that you have to reach till the doorstep of the gym that's it, nothing else

After doorstep enter lost motivation to pick weights we can strech Little bit that's it

Slow deep breathing. Instant clarity hack. That doesn’t work, ask ChatGPT.

If you procrastinate a lot, always set a reminder or alarm for everything that you want to do but you feel like later. Even if it's as small as calling a friend, giving bike servicing, literally anything. The trick is when you set reminders for something it's very unlikely that you'll postpone. At the risk of sounding like a boomer, when you plan everything in life things become simpler and you don't get shouted at for being a lazy ass.

Keep track of your finances for a month or so, no matter how big or small the amount is. Then check where your major spending is, where you can reduce. I started this for a month, so used to it that I've been doing it for 3 years now. Helps me in investing properly.
Applied the same for my meal consumption/calorie intake - lost 10 kgs!

I have a hack so good that I don’t want to share it. So, I won't share 🙂
