Trending @Accenture; What reason will be accepted for reducing notice period from 90 to 60 days

Health concerns they are okay to take leaves and lws will not be changed. It seems as per discussion with HR

Early release are given only on three grounds,

1. your manager is good and want something good for you.
2. Project has very tight budget issue and they can't afford three months notice period.
3. You have some emergency and ready to abscond if not released on time (Many people do for Post Graduate course, Govt Job, someone in family is very serious etc.)

The genuine reason.

I think just tell them honestly that you can't work after 60 days, and would buy it

Serious health concerns, higher studies or early project roll off
