1. Look - this is subjective. You could be so so look for others but the most charming prince for you potential partner
2. Sense of humor - life is hard in so many ways. Having someone to cheer you up or simply to enjoy the moment with your jokes and forget abt her problems. That's a privilege
3. Maturity - doesn't necessarily mean they are older than you
4. Have the same level or at least majority in mindset, goal, objective in life, priority in life, hobby etc
5. Take Initiatives in the relationship and not always rely on woman to start
