What qualities in anyone tell they are genuinely a good person?

In the context of the workplace, if he is a manager then if his team has made some mistake then not speaking harsh words to them in front of others and appreciating them for their good work in front of everyone !

Being respectful and empathetic no matter who they speak to. Be it a 5 year old or an 80 year old.

Their behaviour when he/she is angry.

Able to listen without judging or be condescending.

As per me, it is how they tell you about about third person when they are with you....

The way anyone talks to you and others tells everything about that person.

Best thing is to observe how a person treats his/her interiors and his/her superiors.

Empathy
