Question not clear . are you asking hike if person moves from JL5 to JL6 then ist 17.5%

Not moving from Jl5 to JL6 , rather in each category after completing 2 years

Jl6 get hikes max around 5% during annual appraisal. JL5 will get same average as rest of the Jls which could be anywhere between 7-12%
