Since it is the end of month, got me thinking about how much do employers allocate to basic pay as a % of gross salary. Also imp from a EPF pov since companies have to pay ~12% themselves too
I wud prefer it to be like all. So only Basic+EPF be my components and go for the New Tax regime. Save max tax, no effort
