Trending @Infosys; What Next to do

I joined infosys 11 months back had one project to work but deu to performance issue they removed me and since last two months I was on Unit's bench but recently moved to central bench and its last day is showing 31st March. My question here is what will happen to me after 31st March ? Am I going to get any extension ? And I dont know what will happen next, can someone explain me
