What next after this?

Hey people. I'm an early career marketing/product professional and I'm wondering what to do next after being in ad sales for 1+ year.

To be honest, I hardly see people moving out of the org but I don't see myself growing here and a team switch also seems difficult.

I've surely learnt a lot, but am looking for my next adventure not because this isn't what I want to do in the long term.

People who've taken the leap: what was your driver? Where do you go to learn more when you've already been in FAANG? Did you make a complete career switch?
