What next after cyber crime complaint?

We were a victim of APK scam and had to freeze account after cyber crime complaint. The bank is uco

What do I have to do as a follow up, I see there is a 1930 helpline for cybercell.

  1. How long will the bank account remain frozen?

  2. Is there a uco Bank escalation mail where we can follow up? Do we need to write to ombudsman

  3. Will any transfer credit via bank will reflect in the account?

  4. Are the local PS guys any useful? Or they required to grease hands to move things forward
