What more can I do to grow? and how am I doing relatively?
Hi fellas! I am 28 and turning 29 soon. Before I turn 30 I really want to have significant financial freedom and peace of mind. I have 7 yoe in sales/BD (non tech) and currently at 26 LPA with 22-23 lacs of net worth (mostly sips, FD, PF etc).

Am I doing okay with respect to savings?

Given i am in non tech and from a very average college having done just business management and not even MBA , what more can I do to upskill myself to switch to a higher paying job
There is no magic that will get you significant financial freedom in just the next one year. There is no magic about hitting the 30 number in age, and that changes nothing.
Financial freedom comes from long-term earnings and savings. Work in your career, and with time your earnings will grow as your career grows. Keep adding to your savings all the time.
Have a 10-15 year plan, and you may be able to achieve financial freedom in your 40s or 50s. Good luck! 👍

Thank you. Wise words indeed. I understand that patience and continuity is key in building sustainable and significant wealth but just thought I would check if I can do something more or better to ramp up.
