I'm curious as a fresher who is not from an engineering background. In the future, while switching companies does degree matter at all ? Will they consider a guy from BCA background with good technical skills? And what is the credibility of online MCA?

Hone you technical skills, we are in an era where ONLY your skills matter regardless of your degree so please keep adding depth to it and learn new stuff. Do not worry about higher education unless it's from a Tier 1 college .

Thank you for the moral support mate! Appreciate that. Well currently I'm getting my masters from Manipal Academy of Higher education i believe that does come under Tier 1 college right ?
