What makes IT employees loves to work in product based companies more than service based companies?

Better salary

Idk why people saying money, there are service companies that can pay equally as well. Although I agree in general most product pays better. For me, I feel product offers much more, better growth, decision making, control over decisions. It's just a more exciting place to be in.
