What keeps you going, in this race?
Just trying to understand the purpose or the motive of the people on GV that keeps you going by pushing yourself. I'm sure we've all been through a phase where this feels pointless, but still we keep at it.

I get it, money is one of the biggest motivating factors. But can this last long? Beyond your 30s, is it still money or responsibilities of family?

Tbh, money will always be a reason. But the strength of its motivation keeps fading slowly.
However I also like the responsibilities at work, if it makes sense. It’s a job and I am not bad at it. I also try to form bonds with my co coworkers and make sure I have some light hearted moments with them as much as possible
All of this lowkey gets me excited to see what is my potential and where the future leads me.
