What it takes to start a company or taking a bigger step in life?

Hi, I am a software engineer and currently I am struggling everyday to learn to do impactful work at job. And sometimes I fear about small things and overthink much. To escape fear, I watch movies or scroll through insta or youtube or simply sleep. And I didn't communicate much though I am curious about learning new things.. I didn't ask a question directly..

And some of my batchmates and known persons started the company recently and some started earlier were successful also.

So I want to know what their perception of life is? And how they think? What's their motive to start a company? Is it attitude or personality? How to achieve that? 🤔🤔🤔

How to build it? I want to learn and change things in my life or how I look at life? What things should I do to change my life? Anybody pls share their thoughts?
