What it takes to get promoted from C1Y-> C1?

Kindly mention what is required to get promoted to C1 (System Engineer) (Digital). As a fresher who's role is Assistant System Engineer(Ninja). How quickly one can get promoted to Digital role

I am not completely aware, but You need to clear wings1. There are multiple parts and you can attempt only few parts simultaneously per quarter.

You will be auto promoted from C1Y to C1, once you complete one year and probation period is confirmed.

So whats the criteria for auto promotion? You have to do something or clear exams? does salary also increase from 3.45 to 7? And probation period is one year or less?

Please don't mind, the easiest way to get a promotion is to boot licking manager.

What if I don't like it. I can't able to do buttering. Can you tell me like how to do. I know general bootlicking like saying good to maneger saying yes to all his decision etc but what more.
