There's no probation period for anyone who works with us at Blinkit. Additionally, we do not require Blinkers to serve notice periods.

IMO no company needs a notice period if they can fire and cancel all company access in 30 mins.

Generally in US there’s two week notice period.
Update: Different roles have different notice periods. So, it is not for all the roles.
How is it for devs?
not really sure, I was checking for analytics role

So, fire a day before and you are gone 😲
