What is your interview horror story?
My interview was terrible yesterday with one of the best companies. I couldn't sleep or yesterday. Please do share your interview horror stories so that I feel better about myself.
Mine- he asked me the simplest question, and I started talking about something random because that was on my mind. He was astonished. I could see it in his face. I wanted to dog a hole and die. Everything went downhill from there 😭

Everyone around me was confident that I would get this job - I have excelled all the round.. this one was the final..
- The Interviewer (Manager) asked me to show my project, I wasn't able to start it!! Then he asked few more questions and I was numb and blank and what not.. He ended the interview in 20 mins.
I was blank & sad and just went to sleep.. doubting my whole worth. Suddenly after an hour, one friend rushed and told me "I'm hired"
I wasn't happy exactly. I was still blank. Okay. Hired. Fine. Let me sleep.
Later on I asked my manager why he hired me, and he replied "benefit of doubt".
Lol, how just one call can change anyone's life.
That was till date my fav job, fav role, best learning, and best people.
I hope my interviewer thinks the same. But I know I wouldn't hire myself.
Also,that interviewer is an angel. Hope you got to work with him.
It was 7th round aka HLD with OCI. The interviewer was a Principle Software Engineer. He was in the vest and throughout the interview either he was flexing his biceps or roasting me. Later I got rejected.
Wtf... crazy I wish I had an interviewer let like this. I could blame it on him.
