What is your fav. way to vent out?

I journal and take out my frustration on whoever caused this by writing them a letter (never send it though lol). Journal is a judgment free space where you can take out all your feelings. If you aren’t great at pen and paper writing use notes app on your phone or voice record yourself!!

I go to antistress game to calm myself.

Go for a walk in nature.

Take a shower.

Eat something nice.

But moreover, best way for me is to talk to someone. I generally get frustrated, never angry. I don't have violent tendencies at all.

I also sometimes just talk to myself bitching about the world
