Trending @Capgemini; What is your current leave balance? If you already have 30 leaves till last year, zero will be carried forward(Max 15 /year and Sum<= 30)

I have 45 till December so need to utilise 15 otherwise they will lapse but u know they are not going to give that much leaves

So next year only 1 will be added, all others will lapse if not going to take

No I have to take mandatory off in December for at least 2 weeks as per my client policy. So it will be covered there
