What is your career growth in TCS?

Dont get me wrong, but I am liking it in TCS. My project is very good, getting exposure to technologies, each and everyone from junior most to senior most in entire project ODC is helpful, havent seen any politics as such. And do see some onsite opportunity down the line. So that basically means i need to stay a little more time in tcs, and frankly i dont mind. However i wonder what would be my package down in coning years and please dont suggest or compare with switching. Just want to know about Packages within TCS. As of now i am wings1 digital, and probably within next 1-2 cycles i will be innovator(trying) And also getting A band for past 2 years, so where can i see myself in next 2-4 years?
