What is wrong with spinny?

As a user, it's a complete mess. I was going to write to Niraj, and I realise I wrote to the team 2 years ago about the same exact fucking issue!

I've blocked a car, and paid for it. They have given the booking to someone else. Nobody picks up and is showing that booking is canceled. But I can go inside and confirm my Booking.

The RM hasn't responded since Sunday. Wtf is going on? I even forgot why I stopped using spinny?

Can someone shed some light intensely what is happening?

Was it some month end sales cycle that they sold the car to someone who visited the hub?

Absolute comical. Just planning to not buy a second hand car and going for a new one.

Budget was 15-20L.
