Depends on how cool your client is and the manager's attitude. Have worked both in 1/10 and 10/10. We had cases where people have to beg for work to kill boredom and folks who kept a set of change of clothes in PMU and slept in dorms. On the hind sight, people who did the grind eventually ended up in good companies or onsite, may not be 100% true
