What is with people making reels in office premises ?

I get it. People want to become influencers. And it is fair that they would want to create some content too. But when you join office or many times it is reiterated that office should not be used to make reels then why do people still break that rule. In my office i see people making reels, sometimes doing stuff that make other people uncomfortable. Some of these people in check ins asks about promotion to next leadership level. I mean, if you can’t take care of a simple compliance in office, company kya bewkoof hai jo inko team lead bana de? And if you tell them to maintain decorum in office then they will call you a hater. Abey tumko company kaam karne ke paise de rahi hai. Aur tum company office me reel free me bana rahe ho. Tum bhi paisa do company ko fir if you want to use company building/resources (which mind you are not your private property).
