What is WIPRO like as a company ?

I heard it used to be good before, but in last 5-6 years it has lost its image. I joined wipro in 2020 and left in 2022 after seeing lots of micromanagement and stagnated hike. It’s good for someone who doesn’t want any hikes or is comfortable doing monotonous work. With new CEO, things might change or may not.
