Its a long process with lots of ifs and buts. Very exhaustive trainings and lot of certifications. If you actually have that much time for learning, its better to prepare and switch to some good company. Tcs is good company just on books.

It's very good. I personally completed Milestone 1. With approx 6 lac hike. I would recommend to go with it. Because learning and external certification is useful irrespective of companies..... go for it......

It is a waste of time because the reward value is not mentioned and if you prepare 1 skill without wings and look outside you will get more than enough, in wings 2 most of the learning path is unavailable as well and none can tell when the learning path will be open
