What is Wings1 & wings2 exactly? Whom does it benefit?

Hello All,

I am a lateral joinee and currently working in a support type project. Since my joining I am hearing about wings program however I am not completely sure as what is it exactly and for what purpose? Does it have any benefits and how to proceed with it? Need your assistance here.

Wings1 is for juniors. I dont know the exact criteria.

Wings2 is for C2 or above.

SOP documentation for Both of these are available in knome. Go search . Too long to type.
