What is wings1 and wings 2

I am a new joiner to TCS, i see people talking about wings 1, wings 2. Just curious what it is about will it be helpful in promotion, is it applicable for me

If you're in ninja role,
Wings 1 is Digital Role ~7-8 LPA ctc,
Wings 2 is prime role ~9-11 LPA ctc

What crap is this? Wings1 is C1 associates and wings 2 is for C2 to C4 associates.
