What is Wings in TCS
Hi TCSers,
I have joined 3 months back and I have been hearing about Wings. I searched in Ultimatix and nothing came up.
Can someone just give a summary of what it is? And how to access the platform.

This is a lolipop just to make sure that you stick on to TCS and do all non stop courses and in the end they will give a lolipop. You will regret spending your time and energy on this useless thing called wings1. Better work and hone your existing skills.
My honest opinion.. I joined as lateral entry, role : developer..started wings2 journey by enrolling Xccelerate with aspired role as senior engineer.. completed all 4 Powerplay and got a hike of upto 35-40% matching the market standard... The course is vague , interviews are quite tough... But if u focus and work hard.. u ll get the package matching to market standard... I joined with lower package switch,so this hike seems quite big for me.. but if u already joined TCS with market standard package..then u must choose higher RJA roles for higher hikes ( like architect , lead , manager )
