Where did you hear about war room?
War room terminology is often used to describe addressing critical high priority matters promptly.
Example: when production deployment happens, we set up war room calls/group to address critical failures quickly..

I am getting mails from RMG, where it's mentioned WAR room

War Rooms are basically meetings to action high focus items. For RMG it is like a day long meeting with project managers for a list of unallocated associates. Their focus is to bring down unallocated associate count. War Room mails contains associate name and skill set who are available for immediate allocation.
War Rooms are opened when number of associate count unallocated becomes high.

WAR rooms are new normal in TCS, specially migration projects like NT, here 8 hours of war room without any end date, daily need to join and even for 10 min away/disconnect need to report to manager. Also they expect to work extra time and no leave, no sick leave also
