What is updated TCS HR policy.
My project release date is confirmed at 20 November. I have received mail from my manager and HR. But I was not getting any calls from rmg. When I checked with one of ky contacts, I was told that my release was not initiated in the system and so, they have no details of mine. After that I checked with my hr, it's been 1 week but she is not responding. Now, I am tired to tcs and it's hr. I am thinking to put down paper on 21st November 2024. So my question is, after I am released from my project, if I put down papers, then what should be the notice period I have to serve?? Is it the normal 3 months??
Yes, the usual notice period is 3 months, even if you're on bench. But sometimes, you can negotiate for a shorter period with HR approval.
Are you aware if we can reduce notice perid by using our earned leaves and sick leaves or not
If you are on bench. In most cases they will release you within 2 weeks.
