What is up with this T- factor???

I completed more than 6 courses related to my tech field and not even 0.01 increased. I am unable to know how to increase it . Is it designed intentionally to be this pointless?? We don’t know which course gives points and we will drive blind and no results at all. Can someone guide please. I am a gcp developer mid level exp.
