That haryanvi tau went bonkers on me, talked to me in a typical haryanvi accent, told me untidy the very clean code that I wrote using some design pattern that I learned in my previous company, because they apparently follow no conventions, so no new practice is welcome here, went on to mansplain me a hypothetical scenario where my method won't work.

These kinds of people in tech are scum on the face of earth, don't wanna grow and won't let anyone else grow and learn.

Once a recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn for a lead position Cars24. I told him the equivalent role is VP of Engineering. I still asked him to convinced me for the role, he couldn't.

I interviewed with their CTO for a leadership role a couple of years back. I can tell from the interview it self that the guy is a proper sociopath. The fish rots from head. Avoid this company like plague.
