What is TMP, anyone have idea?

TMP is talent management portal. It will automate the work which RMG is doing, pulling data from ievolve and ADC, and matching with project jd and requirement. Manual excels won't be shared and it will also keep track of project/client evaluations.

Not sure about the actual time lines, but it was being explained a few quarters back.
